The Effect of Integration Of Edmodo Application in Science Learning Toward of ICT Curiosity

Abstract


Background: Rapid increasing of technology, globalization and digitalization especially Information Communication and Tecnology (ICT) required teacher to integrate the ICT in science teaching and learning.

Materials and methods: Materials in this paper is integrating Edmodo Application in science learning to enhance curiosity ICT by usage quasi experiment method.

Results: The correlation between students' perceptions toward students' knowledge of using Edmodo application is 0.160. The effect students' perceptions toward skill of using Edmodo application is 0.797. The effect students’ knowledge toward skill of using Edmodo application is 0.064. The effect students’ knowledge toward the curiosity of ICT is 0.06. The effect students’ skill perception toward the curiosity of ICT is 0.051. The effect students’ perception toward the curiosity of ICT is 0.453.

Conclusion: Integrating Edmodo Application in science teaching and learning showed that the attitudes of students in learning using Edmodo Appication affect toward the curiosity ICT of students.
