Abstract


The present study aims at diagnosing the dimensions of the strategic alignment and its role in enhancing the creative performance through the intermediate role of the proactive work behavior of a sample of the workers of a sample of the cement factories of the General Company for Southern Cement and its General Headquarters which amounted to (540) out of (5408) A model that reflects the nature of its hypotheses emanating from its main variables, which is the strategic alignment and its dimensions (and its role) in enhancing the creative performance of the employees through the intermediate role of proactive work behavior. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection. Number of statistical methods to validate the hypotheses of the study Kalmtost arithmetic mean, standard deviation and coefficient of simple correlation and structural equation modeling and regression analysis. The results of the study came in line with most of its hypotheses, in which a number of recommendations were formulated. The most important of these was the need to pay attention to the behavior of the employees. Strategic to strengthen this relationship.
