Abstract


The current research aims to study the knowledge bases to develop the performance of human resources and the modern policies necessary to prepare qualified cadres that can keep pace with global developments, in addition to explaining the role of modern policies for companies in developing the performance of human resources and their impact in preparing advanced cadres that keep pace with global innovation, two basic assumptions have been put forward They are: (1) The modern corporate policies can help in developing human resource performance in a manner that is appropriate to the requirements of the business environment, (2) The development of human resource performance using modern corporate methods can help keep pace with innovation For the world, the research was applied to a group of managers and heads of the administration and financial departments of the Iraqi commercial banks during the year 2019, and in order to achieve the goals of the research and test its hypotheses, a questionnaire was designed, and a set of appropriate statistical methods were used, and the research reached a set of conclusions that were among the most important Modern policies help in developing the performance of human resources and enable them to keep pace with global innovation.
